Keith Cutler is the Broker in Charge of Sun Realty's Avon office. He has been an Outer Banks resident since 1976. Prior to his career in real estate Keith was employed in Public Service. He worked for the municipal water treatment facility and as a police officer. Keith is also familiar with the construction practices on Hatteras Island. In addition to his employment in public service Keith is also active in the island community. He has served as the Assistant Fire Chief for the Ocracoke Volunteer Fire Department and as a Boy Scout leader for the local troop.
